After years of research and ordering custom-made white trousers, we have finally found the opaque fabric blend suitable for the summer season.

Perfectly suited for spring and summer, the cream-white wool and cotton blend is designed by the Italian manufacturer Carnet.

Service included
Hemming – the trousers have an unfinished hem so you can choose between a plain hem or a cuff of 3, 4, or 5cm. We will hem the trousers in our workshop in Paris, or we can ship them unhemmed for you to have them shortened by a tailor near you to your desired length.

Buttons for suspenders are added inside the waistband upon request.

Ardent Trousers

Wool and Cotton Blend

The Wool and Cotton blend is made by Carnet and comes from the Cotton Wool Blend swatch book. Woven in Italy, this blend, reference CTFW425, is a textured cream white that pairs well with a multitude of colors, both light and dark.

Woven from 51% wool, 47% cotton, and 2% elastane at 440g, we consider the Wool and Cotton blend an ideal summer fabric due to its composition and color, particularly suited for spring and summer. The relaxed fit of the trousers and the use of cotton coupled with wool allow this breathable fabric to be worn comfortably during the warmer seasons.

The combination of wool and cotton offers a unique fabric that is both opaque and dressy. Woven in Como, this blend is simply excellent if you are looking for a dressy, perfectly opaque, cream white summer pair of trousers. Discreetly textured, the twill weave provides a slightly silky finish.
