Refund policy

Any product ordered online may be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of the date of receipt, provided
that it has not been worn or damaged.

Please note that we only accept returns if the products are in the same condition as when you received them and in their original packaging. To clarify, this means the garment must not have been worn or used. Please try on our clothing in a clean, odor-free area to avoid this.

We are not responsible for products lost during return shipping. Once we receive your return, we will review your order. If your return is approved, we will refund the order amount via your original payment method. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the refund to be processed.

If you need a different size or would like to choose a different style, we accept exchanges on all our products. We cannot guarantee stock availability for exchanges. If you have received a defective product, please contact our customer service at contact@ardentesclipei.com, within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will arrange a free return and exchange for you. Ardentes Clipei does not cover shipping costs for returns.
