Permanent Style Magazine - Issue 4
The new issue of Permanent Style is now available.
It’s still “Permanent Style,” but broader and better. Our fall-winter 2026 issue features longer, more in-depth articles created almost exclusively for this edition. We explore the people, clothing, and craftsmanship that make menswear so compelling.
Inside: Mark Bridges discusses his Oscar-winning costume design work on the film *Phantom Thread*; we meet the artisans behind Lady White’s distinctive dyes; and, set against the backdrop of Los Angeles, we explore the figures and brands shaping menswear in LA and beyond.
And don’t miss our cover story on our current favorite major brand: Buck Mason. They have become so successful that some are starting to grow tired of seeing them featured so often. But there’s a reason they generate so much buzz. We go behind the scenes with founders Erik and Sasha to discover why they refused to appear on *Shark Tank* and why, in their view, so many California-based brands ultimately fail (apparently, they are all a little “crazy” in their own way).
