Black grained goatskin gloves – Lavabre Cadet

Lavabre Cadet is our real favorite of the season. When we discovered the gloves, the brand's history, and its level of excellence, it seemed obvious to us to include a few pairs in our collection. We chose classics, timeless models that will last for years: the "Citadin" model with glazed lambskin gloves, for example; characterful models with Carpincho gloves; as well as an exclusive creation for our brand: a trapper glove in shearling lambskin.

The Lavabre Cadet company was founded in Millau in 1946 by Francis Lavabre. Millau is the historical heart of French glove-making. Among the manufacturers in the region, the artisans of the Lavabre Cadet workshop were very quickly recognized as the most skilled in the industry.

All Lavabre Cadet creations are designed, created, and manufactured in France, in Millau. The vast majority of the leathers come from local tanneries and skinners. Only the highest quality leathers are used. The artisans and master glove-makers of the house use traditional methods passed down from generation to generation to work these leathers: goatskin, lambskin, deerskin, peccary, and other even nobler skins such as ostrich or alligator.
