Orders are shipped within 1-2 working days. Estimated delivery time: Colissimo France 1-3 business days, 3-5 business days internationally.

We offer shipping for orders in France and Europe, excluding any additional charges such as import taxes outside the EU territory.

We do our best to make sure your order is delivered within the estimated time frame, however the shipping time can differ depending on conditions that are out of the control of Ardentes Clipei and for which we do not claim responsibility. Please contact contact@ardentesclipei.com at any time if a delivery date has passed the estimated delivery time, and we will help you resolve the issue.

Ardentesclipei.com orders can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that we only accept returns if the products are in the same condition as when you received them and in their original packaging. To clarify, that means the garment must not have been worn or used. Please try our garments in a clean and smell-free area to avoid this. We do not accept responsibility for products lost during the return delivery.

After your return is received by us we will evaluate your order. If your return is approved, we will refund the order value to the original payment method. Please allow 1-3 bank days for the refund to be processed. Should you need to change the size or wish to select an alternative style we accept exchanges on all our products. We cannot guarantee stock availability for exchanges. If you have received an imperfect product please contact our customer relations team within 24 hours of receiving your delivery and we will arrange a free return and exchange for you.
